Harry A. Safarian


Prior to co-founding Safarian & Baroian, LLP, Mr. Safarian was a partner in one of California’s most prominent law firms. There, he earned a reputation as a tenacious, hardworking advocate. He has been named numerous times as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” an honor reserved for no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state.

Mr. Safarian is a seasoned trial attorney. His practice focuses on litigating serious personal injury, business and real estate disputes.

Mr. Safarian has served as trial counsel in some of the largest cases filed in California. He has handled hundreds of matters ranging from complex mass tort lawsuits to representing numerous “A-List” celebrities and professional athletes in high profile litigation cases. He has taken thousands of depositions, and successfully mediated and arbitrated dozens of cases in a wide variety of litigated matters. Alex A. Baroian


Prior to co-founding Safarian & Baroian, Mr. Baroian worked in the complex construction litigation department of a prestigious boutique law firm in Southern California. For years, Mr. Baroian worked hands on in all facets of the construction industry, from the construction of single-family homes, to multi-unit commercial buildings. Consequently, Mr. Baroian is one of very few attorneys in California who hold a general contractors license.

Mr. Baroian also worked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the coveted Target Crimes Division. Mr. Baroian started working at the District Attorney’s Office as a student worker while attending the University of Southern California (“USC”) where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate finance and development. After graduating from USC, Mr. Baroian continued working full time at the District Attorney’s Office while attending Loyola Law School’s evening program, and remained there for over a year after passing the bar. Mr. Baroian’s seven-year tenure at the District Attorney’s Office provided him with unparalleled litigation experience that he utilizes on a daily basis in civil practice. (more…)
